Rest this morning...9:30hrs sleep...how nice and hence the heart rate is right down. I havn't been taking the heart rate before I get up and been taking it about 10-15min after I have been getting up...hence why I think it is a little elevated. Got it right now!

Core Strength session for an afternoon activity....oh I LOVE IT!!!

mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm.......Fabulous.....I can actually feel that my core strength is improving and believe it is helping with the other disciplines.

I am being sincere when I say all this....I think I've been possessed...the training is becoming me!!!
