Today's Journal |
This morning was a wind/mag trainer session with Byron and Ride Inside. Woke up feeling....frankly...stuffed...but I need to push on....there is that BOMOAG!!
Rode into the session, stats below:
Wind/Mag Trainer Session:
The session today was a heart rate session 2 x 8min reps with a 10min rest in between. The cadence is to be around 90-95rpm which can be sustained for the full 8 minutes.
Reflections on Wind/Mag Trainer Session:
- Legs are feeling fatigued....but it needs to be done....its all about conditioning my legs to the extended load.
- The first 8min rep I achieved a max heart rate of 152bpm and then the second I achieved a max heart rate of 155bpm.
- Most other squad members were a lot higher than this.....hmmmmmmmm
- What does this all mean?
- The answer we could come up with was that the body was feeling very tired and fatigued and that the body had just had enough.
