Thursday session...woke up lacking a little motivation however after some talking to myself and putting on the Motivational music I was feeling a little more 'up to' the task at hand. Once I got started it was all good.
100 pushups, 10min of prone holds and 10min of squads I was done...things are getting a little easier.
After completing this core set I then spent 15min stretching.
The afternoon was spent packing and then travelling to the Sunshine Coast for the BTS Camp. Geeze I pack some stuff for the camp....but it good to be prepared...even over prepared...you got to love plastic boxes..mmmmmmmmmm
It was the first time to try out the new roof racks with the bike and a kayak on them.....looked good!!
Arrived up to Alexander Headlands about 5.30/6pm....just in time to try the water!!! A few of the squad stayed up on the Thursday night as the camp started at 6.00am the next morning and it was just more convienient and less hassel than travelling up on Friday morning.
After a few red Gatorades and sharing a few interesting stories...we were off to bed....as tomorrow was going to be BIG!!!
