The Knee is making good progress. Received specific massage to the region of the right knee and some differential therapy.
Talked to Roger a little about the nature of this calf tightness. It appears there are a couple of scenarios related to this...all the hill running is increasing the work load of the calves and therefore creating the tightness. The reason because the right calf is a little more sorer maybe due to the fact that I have this knee niggle. An finally...its just me...its just my nature to get sort calves..this is not out of the question as I have always had sore calves over my lengthy running career.
The outcome of all that...stretch..stretch...stretch...massage...massage...massage...
