Missed the core session this morning, the heart rate was up by at least 10bpm this morning.
This evening went to the pool...feeling a little better than previous swim session. OMG...the water was a little chilly...but after you get going it soon warms up.
Great session tonight...felt I swam a lot better than previous weeks....maybe it was the rest in the morning...maybe its my body getting use to all the swimming...maybe I had a much better frame of mind than previous weeks.....maybe....but I was really happy with this session.
