Time for a test.....a core test! This will be interesting!

AM: Rest
PM: Core Strength - 30 min run @ under 155hr prior

The test results:
Push ups: 36
Prone hold: 1.21
Squat hold: 1.51
Leg raises: 108
Underarm hold: 10 sec
Over hand chins: 4
Under hand chins: 6
