Rest Week - Monday

AM Session: Rest

PM Session: Core Strength

Core strength session was a corker!

Session Reflections:
  • Attitude was better than it has been in the past.
  • Believe core strength is the area where I think I can make the most improvements.
  • Struggled a little with some of the activities.
  • Obliques got a good workout with some of the drills.
  • Many push ups were completed.
