AM Session: Ride Inside
This morning I was lot more motivated....it felt good to get into some hard training!
The stats were as follows:
PM Session: Core strength: 10 push ups; 20 sec prone hold; 20 sec squad hold x 15 then 30 min run @ under 150hr
Completed the core strength and the 30min run.
