Core Strength

AM: Rest
PM: Core Strength

The session tonight was a tough session. An example of some of the character building sessions/cycles:
  • 10 push ups and 30sec prone hold
  • 10 crunches and 30sec ankle taps
  • 30sec dynamic squats and 30sec dynamic lunges
  • 10 push ups and 30sec squats

This was a good tough session. The dynamic lunges at the end of the session were the tester. The quads were very fatigued but it felt good and it was a good conditioning session.
