Ride Inside Session

At least it was drier inside than out.

Some stats:

Session Reflections:

  • I enjoyed this session.
  • It was a good aerobic recovery type session.
  • Good conditioning session for the legs to operate at a variety of cadence. 90, 100 and 110.
  • Nothing like a good sweat session.
  • Helps in achieving one of my KPI's :-)
