Today's Journal

This morning was the second session at Ride Inside. This morning the atitude was a lot better than it was on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. I was up at 4.20am and out the door at 4.45am to meet Muffy to ride into West End. This was a good solid 30min spin. The river flowing down Contess Street was a little bit of a challenge to negotiate.

The session was focussing on cadence and was a good challenge with a lot of high cadence sets. Towrads the end of the session the cycst at the back of my right knee was becoming a little annoying but it was not enough pain to create an issues with the training. I have found the anti-inflamatories tablets and gel seem to be working fine.
