Today's Journal

AM Session: Run: 45-60 minutes under 150bpm

Happy with this session. Knee a little annoying at times but otherwise was good. The humidity was up there and it was good to have a run in those condition. It may seem a little strange but I don't mind the challenge of the heat!

Stats:

PM Session: Squad Swim

A solid work out in the pool tonight. 3km all up. Still struggling with aspects of the swim....need to be patient. The main set was fine got through that ok...but the 1km warm up had a number of breaks throughout....Slowly but surely.

Talk to Mark about doing some one on one sessions with him after the session...sounds promising.
