Today's Journal

Did a good 20min stretch session this afternoon.

Swim session this evening. Thought in my entusiasm I would run to swimming. It was a little damp and run at a very relaxed pace. Took about 30min.

Got to the pool. In we got and away we went. Tonight was a recovery session as a number of us raced yesterday. A good solid session.

I am struggling still a little with the swimming and I am getting a little frustrated. Maybe I need to be a bit more patient. I struggle at times throughout the session...more aerobically and most likely mentally. That dam voice is getting the better of me!!!!
