Today's Journal

AM Session: This morning was a swim session. This morning I was feeling very flat and tired. The legs were particularly fatigued after yesterdays 3hr ride. I was dissapointed with my efforts this morning.

Went into Victor cycles to pick up my bike from having a service.

PM Session: Core strength, only 2 of us turned up. A good solid, challenging session. It is tough but I enjoy these sessions. The strength is slowly improving. (only 100 pushups today)
