Unfortunately due to work commitments was unable to get to do the morning cycling session.
After work dropped off both bike at Victor Cycles to get them serviced as it was a perfect opportunity whilst I was away on camp.
Out to swimming. A good session, however, at times struggled with the motivation in some of the more difficult sets.
