Home from camp today.
At 7.30pm on the massage table for an hour. I have been looking forward to this all week. John who works on me focussed on a couple of areas. The left shoulder, the hips, glutes and of course my calves all of which needed some attention. Carrying a heavy back pack all week didn't help as he pointed this out to me even before I told him I was carrying a pack for the last 4 days. At the end of the session, these areas were all a lot better.
