AM: Run - Easy 30 min @ 60-65% followed by 10 x 100m strides @ 85-90% with jog back rec and 10 min jog w/d
PM: Core Control and Stretch Session

Nothing was achieved today...felt a little annoyed with myself as I was looking forward to the run session.
However, it is an exciting part of the Ironman preparations as I picked up my new TT bike today...very smick...Trek Equinox 9....
