Wednesday - H2O

Days to Australian Ironman 2008 - 327

Today's Journal
AM:

Core control exercises - all good.

PM:

Swim session - fabulous session.

One of my own personal goals within each session at the moment is to swim 25m of each 50m, breathing every 3rd stroke (bi-laterally). Throughout this session I was happy that most of the time I was able to do this.

The pool bouy and rubber band work was really rewarding and felt some real worth out of the relevant sets.
