May 1 ---> Time to SWEAT....

Its is the first of May, and the rest period has beed long enough...just over a month.

Today was the beginning of the start of some base work, particularly to do with building up this up with in my running. It was a hill session using the Hill circuit around my home. The goal of the session was to run the inclines hard and recover on the declines.
