Today's Journal


This morning drove into Ride Inside...got a breakfast meeting at 7.00am.

Good session...lots of sweat....loving the training at the moment....it's a little addictive....I'm sure there is something you can take for it.......nah!....why bother....it's GREAT...would recommend it to anyone...that is also as insane as I am...only kidding....honestly it's very satisfying!
