AM Session:
This morning was core:

100 pushups

10min of Prone Holds

10min of Squats

PM Session:

Swim session with the squad. This included a 800m TT.

The time I completed this in was 12min 56sec.

I was pretty happy with this compared to where I was 12 months ago with my swimming.
