This is a great session.
Warm Up - 400m
We had 4 lanes - in each lane we did a different drill/activity for a period of 5min
- 25m swim (dive start) getting out then 5 push ups and run back along pool deck
- 50m hard swim
- 25m water running
- 25m band around ankles
This was a great challenge and something different that breaks the training up.
