Monday - PM Session

Squad Session: Core strength and stretch

Session Reflections
  • Need to get focussed on improving this area....need to get serious.
  • Further condition is required as a whole for improvement to be seen.
  • Extra work at home is required.
  • Completed 100 pushups throughout the session. 50 pushup in one sitting.
  • Did some extensive stretching within the session.
