Reflection of today's sessions:
- The legs this morning were surprisingly fresh. In fact I was very impressed. The training is therefore paying off.
- Once I started cycling this morning they were a little sore...but once in the rhythm then you wouldn't even know I had cycled 6hrs yesterday.
- Completed a 2km ocean swim at Suttons beach. The conditions were not too bad...a little choppy...but you never really get ideal conditions for these types of swims...unless you are really lucky.
- At the completion of the swim....overall felt surprisingly good.
- Ran 60min off the bike...again legs were in good condition when I had returned. No stats for the run....Garmin batteries went flat. Sorry.....
