Session Reflections:
- No gadgets...just a stop watch.
- Made a concious effort not to got out too hard on the first lap.
- Focussed on keeping the upper body relaxed.
- Positve talking and mind set, this actually started before I got to the venue. There was a lot of self motivation on the trip into Herston.
The outcome was a PB 11min15sec, this was a 17sec improvement.
