Warm Up:
8 x 75m (50m Free, 25m Catch up)


Main Set:
8 x 300m
#1 & 2: Freestyle with 10sec rest
#3 & 4: Pull with 10 sec rest
#5 & 6: Paddle with 10 sec rest
#7 & 8: Pull & Paddle with 10 sec rest


Warm Down:
6 x 50m (25m finger drag/25m easy)


Total: 3300m
