Thursday's Morning Long Distance Swim Session

Warm Up:
300m Pull
4 x 50m Reverse Scull

Main Set:
1 x 400m Pull with 10 sec rest
1 x 300m Pull with 10 sec rest
1 x 200m Pull with 10 sec rest
1 x 100m Pull with 10 sec rest
1 x 100m Pull with 10 sec rest
1 x 200m Pull with 10 sec rest
1 x 300m Pull with 10 sec rest
1 x 400m Pull with 10 sec rest




Warm Down:200m easy with some form stroke.

Total: 2700m
