Thursday's Morning Long Distance Swim Session

Longer drill/strength main set this morning.


Warm Up:
400m easy freestyle (every 2nd 25m breathing every 5)


Main Set:
14 x 150m Pull & Band
Alternate 150m:
25m Scull, 125m Swim (Pull/Band)
25m Catch up, 125m Swim (Pull/Band)


Warm Down:
200m Easy Freestyle
4 x 100m (25m Back/75m Free)


Total: 3100m
